  3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or an error occurred on our part.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.


4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved:

  • The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

  • The refund will be processed within 14 days from the date we receive the returned item.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault or error caused by Roltier.


5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the same procedure outlined for returns.
Once the returned product has been received and approved, the replacement item will be shipped, subject to availability.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
